Dorothy - I've been a customer for 15 years and still use the token not the app. I'm overseas for 4 months and 9 days ago something went wrong with the usual sign in and I was locked out of my account. I'm 76 years old and alone here and cannot get money to buy food and pay rent and of course can't just phone South Africa for help. My repeated requests via email to Capitec have been ignored for 8 or 9 days. I don't understand incompetence like this. -
