    Lance Dixon - All Lotto outlets in Durban are unable to offer service. This has been the case since yesterday morning. Information and PR from Lotto central has been st best pathetic. I have six outlets within reasonable distance of our house. Not one has been operational since Monday morning. The last 6 weeks or so the service and availability has been at best poor and getting worse by the day.
