I've been having issues with my application . I've login, in the portal, there's no option for me to reapply. I called and they told me to go to the TUT link and apply for another course. I tried to apply for another course, but the system is slow. When I log in and put in my number and password, I get to the part where I need to update three things. First, I update my ID, and that's fine. Then, I update my phone numbers and address, but that's where the system takes a long time to process. It's been taking forever, like three hours, and it just loads and loads.I've been trying for weeks, and it's been stressing me out. They told me to try again at midnight when people are sleeping, but I still get the same problem. I really need to reapply, and I don't know what's wrong. The late application deadline is today, and I'm worried I won't make it.
