ISSUES:
Firefox: Sometimes, when logging in, the first page shows the words “Loading Page, please wait...”. A circle spins endlessly in the centre of the page. In most cases, the only solution is to delete the tab and login again to eFiling.

Firefox and Edge: After dealing with the first client, sometimes it is possible to select a taxpayer by clicking the ellipsis. If the selection is successful, to move to another taxpayer using the Search facility fails almost on every occasion because the circle in the centre of the page continues to spin endlessly. The only solution is to delete the tab and login again to eFiling. This is all very time-consuming.
