today 6/2/2025 i still have no connection. the router notes loss of connection.
No one at Home Connect can tell what is the problem. I am told this has been escalated with critical team who was supposed to call me this morning. it is 15h28 and still communication.
I have paid for the service but not receiving
any recommendations for another service provider
