And Sunbet/MVG prides itself on “efficient support & customer satisfaction is top priority” - the complete opposite is what US customers experience, and left to tolerate. Terrible at resolving submitted queries (IF you’re lucky enough to have your issue looked into FOR REAL or assigned for attention for that matter) , or just even providing actual/ adequate feedback on your issue escalated.
