For months now, I cannot make and receive calls. I don't believe that tower maintenance has taken this long. This phone is only capable of use within my WIFI range and I can only do calls through WhatsApp. This is on contract with Cel C and I am wondering if (well, almost convinced that) they throttle your network so you HAVE to get a new contract?
