Can not log onto my Netstar again . Looks like a real issue with the system that Netstar does not want to confirm. They have a problem with connectivity. Not from customer side but their system !

Durban, South Africa • 6 months agoHi, how you can say the app is not down, when I have been trying to logon since 8AM this morning and STILL cannot logon. It first showed a grey map, now it is telling me my username and password are not correct, which is a LOAD OF HOG WASH !!! I am concerned, annoyed and disgusted with Netstar. You cannot even get through to them, God Forbid there was an emergency, even number you dial is answered by an automated voice recording and your call gets cut, no matter what option you choose !
