Other devices/apps are running ok. I tried to call the helpline three times but can't get through to anyone, it keeps telling me options where to email queries. It says 'press 1 to speak to a consultant' but when I do that it keeps cutting me off. I submitted an email query via the app earlier today but no one has come back to me about that either.
