Hi there, please note that we are aware that some of our customers were affected with a Casino Balance display error, on our Betway exclusive games (Displayed as Raging River on your Transactional summary) during the evening of 05 November into 06 November 2024.
You will have noticed that the Casino Balance displayed in the game will have indicated a higher balance than what was shown on the main balance of the account. This has been investigated and confirmed that due to an update the Casino balance was not updating correctly and thus the amount you had seen here was inaccurately displaying higher due to bets made not being deducted of the balance as shown.
Though we understand the frustrations in the inconsistency of the balances here, we assure you that no funds have disappeared and your transactional summary will indicate that bets placed and payouts won match up as it should.
