Then, I update my phone numbers and address, but that's where the system takes a long time to process. It's been taking forever, like three hours, and it just loads and loads.I've been trying for weeks, and it's been stressing me out. SARS have the audacity to move the due date up 4 or 5 days every year, whilst Tax Practitioners are working through Christmas an New Year. Yet SARS deem 15 December to 15 January as non-business days for SARS comfort and to allow staff to take a month (or even 6 weeks off based on some of the out of offices I have had from SARS). So working around the clock without a moment for leave and then attempt to submit a return, and the system is down!? How is the fair or efficient Tax Administration. Just a ploy to impose Admin Penalties.
