This is what I got on Sunday, and could find no off switch or any way around it so hence was not able to get to historical results, which I make extensive use of to plan my next numbers. Please leave the Lotto website alone now! Instead I have a screen with a stupid chicken performing for me!

Durban, South Africa • 2 months agoIthuba seems to not be aware of the problem with their website or they're ignoring the problem and not addressing it. They've reset everything so that we need to reset our passwords to log in but it seems to be impossible to reset the password because we either don't get the OTP at all or it's not sent in time. When it is send in time and we try to finally change the password, it carries on saying sequence contains no elements. What a disastrous and awful relaunch.

Can't reset password. The telephone number input screen is incorrectly formatted and cannot contain the whole phone number. Inputting the number in an amended manner works, but the OTP is only received after it expires (sometimes not received at all). When inserting the expired OTP, it sometimes redirects to the screen to input new password. When inputting the new password, an error message "sequence contains no elements" is received and cannot proceed. They broke the site when "upgrading" it.

I justwonder if thisis the end of the national lottery as a lot of people playonline as iti s easier and some times not possible to go ton a retailer. is this a strategic move or just incompetence. I phoned and they say their are updating forthe new games, which is bull as I am playing this game every day and a few times sat with the same problem. I think they cannot sort out their problem or is having another more south african motive.
