Cannot get any support over the weekend and cannot log in to new KonsoleH which needs 2 Factor Auth via SMS but the SMS services are not working. No option to get access to managed server that is down. No support - been sending support tickets with no response. If your server goes down or there is a connection issue over the weekend, you are pretty much done. Your sites won't be back up and can't get any help.
